News BAF Founder: Importance of More Diverse Disaster Workforce

​Recently, the Coastal Resilience Center of Excellence (CRC), based at University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill interviewed the Founder and Visiting Interim-Director of the William (Bill) Anderson Fund, Norma Doneghy Anderson. Norma highlighted how the CRC and BAF are working to create a more diverse workforce in homeland security and STEM fields.
