BIOGRAPHY

Saurabh enrolled as a Ph.D. student at the Disaster Research Center in Fall 2023 under the mentorship of Dr. Shangjia Dong. He successfully completed his undergraduate studies at Vellore Institute of Technology, India, and subsequently obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University. Saurabh’s research is dedicated to the development of explainable intelligence models aimed at predicting and comprehending the disruptions arising from extreme events. His scholarly pursuits encompass Graph Neural Networks, Explainable Artificial Intelligence, Human Mobility, and Community Resilience.
